ValueJet 1638X printer

Mutoh ValueJet 1638X Joins The Team

We are always investing in state of the art printers at Inksplash. That is why we decided to add the Mutoh ValueJet 1638x to our lineup.  There is a lot of options out there, and you could spend months researching, which we did. We decided the Mutoh was the best choice for what we needed.

Staggered Dual Head Setup:

The ValueJet 1638X printer incorporates a staggered dual-head setup with the latest generation piezo drop-on-demand variable drop print heads. Each 1440-nozzle head (8 lines of 180 nozzles) includes four colour sections, divided into two nozzle rows with 360 nozzles per colour.

The print head is capable of producing ink drops ranging from 3.5 pl to 35 pl. Bottom line, it can produce a broader range of ink dots, which are moreover jetted at a much faster speed compared to other print heads on the market. The result is speedier output speeds and furthermore a much better print quality at higher output speeds.

Mutoh’s Universal Mild Solvent inks (UMS):

Mutoh’s Universal Mild Solvent inks (UMS) are Mutoh’s fourth generation mild solvent inks. The UMS inks have been developed explicitly for volume-oriented users. Available in cassettes, litre bottles & ink packs, UMS inks feature best-in-class ingredients for optimum speed and quality performance. The inks are based on a new generation of milder & non-aggressive solvents and do not spread any harmful VOCs in the working environment. They are virtually odour-free and do not require any forced ventilation. Prints made with UMS inks are water resistant and offer an outdoor UV-resistance of up to three years*.

* : For heavy-duty applications where mechanical stress is involved (floor & vehicle graphics), lamination is required. Stabilisation is needed before lamination.

pull-up banner

Pull-up banners are a great way to market your brand, service or product. They are an excellent way to draw attention to your brand. The pull-up banners are lightweight and retract down to a compact package making them an easy banner display option for any company. We have listed below some of the benefits of the banner system.

Easy to assemble:

This banner system is extremely easy to put up. Using a retractable system, you pull your banner from the base and attach a telescopic pole into place. It’s that easy. We have attached a video below so you can see just how easy it is.

Durable:

Surprisingly enough, for such a modest banner display, the pull-up banner is extremely durable. The vinyl is a semi-rigid PET which has a smooth satin finish providing vibrant graphics. The base and pole are both aluminium, meaning it is both lights for transportation and strong and sturdy when in use.

Easy to store:

Pull-up banners are also very easy to store and won’t take up much space. The banner itself will fold away nicely into the base and the telescopic pole collapses and folds away easily.

Take your message on the road:

Advertise anywhere. It’s easy to promote your business on the road with this display system. Create brand awareness at the next conference or exhibition. Branded pull-ups help you promote your message with ease.

Longevity:

A pull-up banner can be used over and over again. You can get great value for money for a relatively cheap display system. Designing a generic display that promotes who you are and with all your contact details which can be used for a long time.

At Inksplash, we use a professional printing process to print your design. If you need ideas for your display we have a team of graphic designers that can work with you on your design. There are three choices of pull-up banner available, Economy, Standard and Deluxe. They range in sizes from 800mm wide to 2000mm wide.

Frieze Art Fair Floor Graphic

Wall Graphics

Inksplash were recently commissioned to print and install large floor decals and wall graphics for a young London-based Irish artist Sam Keogh at the Frieze Art Fair in London. After installing a large floor graphic in The Kerlin Gallery in Dublin for Sam, Inksplash were then assigned the project of full colour printing and installing his exhibition for The Frieze Art Fair in London. The operation went smoothly and installation was completed in one day. An exciting project to be involved in for all at Inksplash.
